1-on-1 Coaching – virtual or NYC

You and me, face to face, mapping out your health plan and gettin’ personal. I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. These programs include:

  • two 50-minute sessions per month at a local/central location TBD
  • e-mail support between sessions
  • recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • free admittance to any of my local classes, workshops, and seminars if applicable
  • local health food store tour in combo with a monthly session if in-person

1-Day Intensive

Spend the day with me diving deep into each of your goals. After you lay it all out on the table, we will create a realistic action-oriented plan. I will then recommend foods, habits, and movement that support your end objectives. Often times goals are interconnected so we will discuss the ways you can integrate change that ripples into all arenas. We will then head to the grocery store where you will learn about new recommended foods and find healthier swaps for your regular items.
Lastly, we will cheers teacups to your success and you will leave with the following:

  • Action Plan
  • List of recommended foods + accompanying recipes
  • Comprehensive notes + resources
  • New foods from the grocery store to support the new you! (not included in price)
  • 1-week unlimited email access
