The challenge set-up allows for an integrated approach incorporating change slower than a typical "detox". It's also great for health nuts who want to get back to basics and see where they could clean up their diet too.

What is a Health Coach?

Unlike a nutritionist or dietician, I will take your work satisfaction, stress levels, relationships, social life, as well as spirituality into account when designing a program to tackle your main health concerns and goals. Not only do I work with food and your diet, but I also help my clients to take steps to up self-care and exercise practices by integrating lifestyle changes.

Are you certified?

Yes! I am board certified with the American Association for Drugless Practitioners. This certification was attained after completion of my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

So you're not a doctor?

Nope! I am not a medical doctor, dietician, nor nutritionist. I recommend checking in with your doctor anytime you make a major shift or change in your diet. While everyone can benefit from more fruits and vegetables, there may be certain foods you should avoid that I'm not aware of. This challenge is not intended to treat, diagnose, or provide medical advice in place of your physician.
